This easy summer meal is nutritious and delicious with these smoky, creamy avocados.

Can you imagine a better way to feed your hungry stomach than those four words?
You can eat avocados at any time, but they taste even better when they are grilled with smoky grill markings and drizzled in the smoothest, creamiest and tangiest feta- and tahini. For REAL.
Before we go any further, let's rewind and remember that these are AVOCADOSspan "font-weight 400 ;">. The grill is kissed by the heat and the olive oil of these creamy avocado halves.
Prediction: You will grill avocados for the rest of your life. Even in winter, you might want to wear a parka because Mother Nature will not stop you from grilling avocados.
Avocados are so good that we would go to extremes for them. And good for you too!

How to Grill Avocado
Grilled avocados are not only delicious but also SO easy to prepare!
- Heat your grill to medium temperature.
- Remove the seeds from your avocado by cutting it in half.
- Sprinkle the halves with salt and olive oil.
- Grill the cut side down until grill marks appear, approximately 5-6 minutes.
That's it! You can then eat the clams RIGHT OUT of their shell.
But make sure to DOUSE them first in feta-tahini. This is not a delicate drizzle, people. You can also use goat cheese if you don't want to use feta. This recipe is for keto slow cooker chicken legs.
Spread it thickly because I can't describe the combination of tangy tahini, feta, zesty lemon and creamy avocado with the warmth from the grill.
Summer bliss is pure.
It looks incredibly elegant and would be ideal for a summer dinner party. It's also perfect for a quick and easy weeknight meal in the summer.

You can even have a for breakfastspan size="font weight: 400 ;">. I told you that nothing would stand between you and avocados grilled.

Ingredients
- 3 Large Fresh Avocados
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 tsp Olive oil
- 2 tsp Fresh lemon juice
- Salt
For the sauce:
- 1/4 Cup Feta cheese, crumbled (37g)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Tahini
- 4 tsp Fresh lemon juice
- Half - One Tbsp Reduced sodium chicken broth (depending on how thick you want your sauce to be)
- 1 tsp Honey
- A pinch of salt
Instructions

Heat your grill to medium-high heat.

Remove the seeds by cutting the avocados into halves. Peel the clove of garlic and remove the top. The cut portion of the garlic clove can be rubbed all over the cut surface of the avocado.

Mix the lemon juice and olive oil in a small dish and brush the mixture over the avocados. Sprinkle with salt.

Place the cut side of the meat on the grill, and cook for 5-6 minutes until grill marks appear.

Microwave the feta in a small bowl until it starts to soften and warm up, approximately 10-15 seconds. Use a small food processer (mine has 3 cups of capacity) to blend the ingredients. Stop and scrape the sides, then blend again. Salt to taste.

Squeeze fresh lemon juice on top of the avocados and eat!
